John 1:45 - Philip found Nathanael and said to him, “We have found Him of whom Moses in the law, and also the prophets, wrote—Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”
The Word of God. The Bible, the Son of God, Jesus. God made flesh. True and just.
In the beginning God...(Genesis 1:1)
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. (John 1:1-2,4)
The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever. (Isaiah 40:8)
“For I am the LORD, I do not change; ...” (Malachi 3:6)
Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. (Matthew 5:17-18)
God has revealed Himself throughout His Word. From beginning to end. From death to life. How can we say we know God if we don't seek Him? Through prayer. Through Bible reading where truth exists, where the most meaningful things exist.
Revelation 1:8 - “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”
